FLC is an industry leader in providing utility demand reduction and related customer energy savings. FLC is an Accredited Building Performance Institute (BPI) organization. We also work as a contractor for Home Performance with Energy Star (HPwES) throughout the states. The company has implemented numerous programs in the residential, multi-family, and small business marketplace nationwide. FLC has both BPI and HERS certified experienced and trained individuals on staff ready to answer your questions and assist you in making your home and/or business more energy affordable while increasing both comfort and value.

Over the past twenty years we have partnered with more than a dozen different utilities to reduce demand savings by more than 100MW. Our Team Members continue to successfully work with more than three-hundred thousand utility customers throughout the United States. As an example, through the years of 2007-2011, FLC has worked in over 17,500 homes on Staten Island through Con Edison's Targeted Demand Side Management Program. This has resulted in an astounding savings of 20.900.00 kW's. In Texas we upgrade in excess of 6,000 sites per year to help reduce the high cost of air conditioning, lighting and water loss.
